(More customer reviews)The shade arrived with a dent on the one side. Unfortunately it wasn't at the seam either. I didn't feel like paying a lot to send it back and go through that hassle, so I looked up some tips online and found that I could use a hair dryer. Tried that and it pretty much took out the dent...almost completely, but not 100%. A small dent is still visible.
It's a pretty shade though. Just wish I didn't have to deal with fixing it when it arrived.
