Unlike the floor lamp, this Table Lamp required no assembly; it was fully functional with the simple insertion of a 60-watt light bulb. The Table Lamp also has a turn switch on the cord for easy on-off operation. What makes both of these lamps so attractive is the combination of the walnut-colored wood and the light beige paper shade, which diffuses the light for a soft, warm glow--almost a lantern-like effect.
Overall, we are extremely pleased with how this lamp appears in our living room, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!
