(More customer reviews)I ordered this because I needed something to fit with the period pieces in m y home office. I'm very pleased with this. I found it to be well made for the price. I'm sure something more expensive might have had a somewhat cleaner look, (for example, when the light is on you can see the clips that hold the shade) but it's very satisfactory.
The product photo doesn't clearly show that the stand is curved (at first I thought I'd received the wrong item) so I've uploaded a couple images to show different angles.
The lamp I got also included one of those new curly light bulbs.
