(More customer reviews)The lamp arrived with two deep scratches in the base. The cord would not pull through the base so there was too much cord, meaning it was impossible to assemble the lamp. The cord itself appeared to be damaged with some sticky material that would not come off. The interior of the lampshade was also somewhat dirty. To top it off, it came in cheap styrofoam that crumbled all over the place. I really liked the look of this lamp, but the final product was quite disappointing. Perhaps it was an unusually defective one but do I really want to try to order another one? I don't know.
