First, only one part of the order shipped with one of the light bulb socket damaged. The seller promised to get a whole set delivered to us but in stead we got only the base. There were tremendous confusion between the seller and the company, we were contacted directly by the company to find out what model we ordered in order to find the matching base. We thought the seller should be sorry for what we encountered but instead all we got from their responses were excuses and blames on the company. After we spent days to fix the socket and installed the lamp, we got a email from the seller stating that we can return the item and be reimbursed. By the way the lamp is the most difficult commercial product to install. It's heavy and clumsy. We finally decided that we are not going to spend another day to disassemble and pack. Seller refunded us $35 for all of the above. The lesson we learned is that you should stay away from the on line product if there are negative reviews.
