(More customer reviews)Although this is a lovely design and just what we were looking for, it was not packaged well and the metal mounting plate had scratches all over it. There was no protective plastic adhered which would have alleviated the problem. The company was very accommodating(although we had to send photos of the damages) and sent a replacement without charge for the first lamp. We were very clear about only accepting a replacement if someone inspected it first before sending. Not! It came with the same issues. Although we were not charged for anything in the end, we wound up with two damaged lamps and nothing to put up on the wall. Way too much time and effort!
