(More customer reviews)I bought this lamp to leave on overnight in my living room. It gives off a wonderful warm glow on the low setting, and the high setting is just bright enough but not glaring. Not meant for where you need good light to read or work by.
This touch lamp does NOT work with a timer. Not a major drawback for most people, though!
