(More customer reviews)I bought this to use instead of a floor lamp because I just think floor laps look awkward and top heavy. I wanted this to go behind my couch that I have angled in a corner. I didn't read the dimensions, but this is MUCH SMALLER than it looks in the picture. I ended up using it on a sofa table to accent some framed pictures that I have. It also gets VERY HOT - so I am afraid to leave it on long. I only flip it on when I have company. I was very happy with the price, this was the least expensive that I could find it - but not sure it is still worth it. As an accent light, very nice. As a light for lighting a room - not so good.
