(More customer reviews)The chandelier itself is lovely--it's the "crystals" that were disappointing. You cannot tell from the photo that the crystals are linked together with cheap looking pliable gold metal pieces. This cheapens the whole look. The shades were nice, but I may have to replace the lengths of crystal beading.
